•  Di cosa si tratta: E’ questo il titolo del progetto Erasmus + per gli anni 2015-2018.
Sì tratta di uno scambio internazionale tra sei nazioni finanziato dalla Unione Europea. Sei differenti paesi Grecia, Italia, Finlandia, Germania, Irlanda, Polonia lavorano in sinergia con i propri studenti su un argomento comune: comincia la tua carriera a scuola cioè trovare e  mettere in pratica azioni che possano aiutare gli studenti a orientarsi nelle scelte post diploma anche in prospettiva di mobilità  internazionale.
L’ attività  del progetto si esplica in due modalità : on line con l ‘etwinning , una piattaforma su cui è  possibile dialogare, condividere materiali….e sei incontri in presenza durante i tre anni del progetto. Durante gli incontri i docenti si confrontano con i colleghi europei, condividono buone pratiche educative e valutano i risultati ottenuti fino al momento. I ragazzi ( 4 studenti diversi per ogni mobilità)  sono ospitati dalle famiglie del luogo e vivono per sette giorni nella cultura del paese che li ospita. Lingua veicolare è  l’ inglese per tutti.
Prima esperienza live: Germania, Halle in Sassonia. Seguirà Irlanda nella primavera 2016, quindi Finlandia ( autunno 2016), Grecia ( primavera 2017), Polonia ( autunno 2017) e infine Italia nella primavera del 2018 per chiudere il progetto.

•  Summary of Erasmus plus “Start Your Career At School”

The Project “SYCAS” deals  with the wide variety of opportunities young people have in Europe concerning further education and careers and how high school education can be improved to increase student awareness and help them actieve their goals for the future. The Main aim of the project is the meaningful and active preparation of students for their lives after school.
Taking the expectations and the opportunities for the future education after high school as a starting point and judging the aims of life of young people; subject matters, syllabi, as well as projects and activities at school will be recorded and it will be evaluated to what extent they meet these requirements.
During the project meetings with the partner schools from Poland, Italy,  Finland, Greece and the Republic of Ireland teachers and students will compare practical experiences and development new ideas. The central methodology is based on the principle ‘students teach students’ so that they can inform their class mates and their partners of the participating schools about their findings.
We are striving for full information about chances in training, education and careers in Europe. The results are prepared  and mediated by students for students.
Students are expected to become more self – confident, motived and qualified regarding their future in Europe. This project Also aims at establishing close collaboration with training centers, firms, universities and local entrepreneurs in the regions  of the participating schools.  The results, findings and methods of the project will be adapted and presented on the Internet, so that learners and teachers of the partner schools can gain benefit from the research.
